Records Room
Responsibilities

The District Attorney’s Office Records Room staff are the custodians of records, evidence and archived material. The staff members send and receive correspondence and other documents to internal court departments and external agencies that include court calendars, detainers, notices of cases not presented to the Grand Jury, bonds, warrants and other documents. Records Room staff  also prepares case files for trial and process Open Records Requests.
